CURRENT PROJECTS BIDDING:

RFQ for Architectural Services (AE) for Santa Monica High School Phase 3 Design Services
Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District has issued a RFQ relative to Phase 3 Design Services for the Santa Monica High School Campus Plan. Responses for each RFQ are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 19, 2019. Additionally, a mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site tour will be held on Thursday, December 5th, 2019. If interested in obtaining a copy of the RFQ issued; please email Sheere Bishop-Griego at smbishop@smmusd.org to obtain. When requesting, please reference in the subject line: “Request for AE RFQ – SAMOHI Phase 3 Design Services”.

MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING INFORMATION

The mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site tour is tomorrow Thursday, December 5, 2019 starting at 10am and will be held in the Samohi Staff Cafeteria. All attending firms must park at the Civic Center and walk across the street to the sites 4th street gate (adjacent to the Samohi track) to access the site.

Staff will have the gate open from 9:45am to 10:00am. Staff will then escort the attending firms to the staff cafeteria for the meeting. Due to limited parking at the Civic Center and around the Samohi site, please be sure to allow yourselves enough time to find parking prior to the start of the meeting.
